'Nature Observatory Monsanto' cannibalized left-over ruins to re-enact human activities. As another example of progressive preservation effort, the scheme cuts into the dilapidated building on site, salvaging architectural elements that could be creatively re-used. The new frame around it puts a veil around what will be branded as the new summit of the hill.
